Prices are subject to change with notice to users.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected credit package, payment method, and any applicable taxes or fees.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not control their authorization, settlement, wallet balance, chargeback, refund, or payout timelines.
If a payment succeeds but credits are not delivered because of a technical issue, webhook delivery failure, or system error, we may, after verification, either manually add the purchased credits to your account or issue a refund.
Credits that have already been used are generally not refundable unless required by law or unless we determine that the use was affected by a service error.
Refunds for unused credits may be approved at our discretion after review of the purchase, usage history, and payment provider status.
Payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, refund fees, chargeback fees, and other fees charged by payment providers are generally non-refundable and may be borne by us as a business cost when we choose to issue a full refund.
Refunds can only be processed if the payment provider permits the refund and sufficient merchant wallet or account balance is available. Some payment methods may have settlement delays or other restrictions.
