### Du Kang He is said to be a person good at making wine during the Zhou Dynasty. In the poem *Short Song* by Cao Cao of the Han Dynasty, it goes, "What can relieve my worries? Only Du Kang." ### Du Fu ### Du Mu (803–852) Styled Muzhi and known by the literary name Fanchuan, he was a poet of the Tang Dynasty, hailing from Wannian, Jingzhao. He was upright and had a noble character. He once pointed out the current social problems and deeply worried about the arrogance of the feudal separatist forces and the Tubo tribe, which later proved to be true. His poems were of high - spirited charm and unconstrained style. His prose was profound and far - reaching, mostly dealing with practical issues of the world. He achieved great success in the late Tang Dynasty. People at that time called him "Little Du" to distinguish him from Du Fu. He wrote *Collected Works of Fanchuan*, and his representative works include *Ode to the Epang Palace* and *Mooring on the Qinhuai River*. ### Du Qiuniang She was a native of Jinling in the Tang Dynasty. She was originally the concubine of Li Qi, the Jiedushi (military governor) of Zhenhai. After Li Qi's rebellion was suppressed and he was executed, she entered the palace. She was good at poetry and singing the song *The Gilded Dress*, and was favored by Emperor Xianzong of the Tang Dynasty. Later, she was granted permission to return to her hometown and ended up poor and lonely in her old age. Therefore, in ancient times, "Du Qiuniang" was used as a general term for elderly and faded women.
