Fu Heng With the style name Chunhe, he was from the Plain Yellow Banner of the Manchu in the Qing Dynasty and originally surnamed Fucha. He held various official positions such as Minister, Governor - General of Sichuan and Shaanxi, and Grand Secretary of the Hall of Preserving Harmony. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong, he pacified Jinchuan, Junggar and Burma. Due to his meritorious deeds, he was conferred the title of Duke Zhongyong and was called a "minister of the state". In the twentieth year of Emperor Qianlong's reign, portraits of meritorious ministers were placed in the Hall of Purple Light, and Fu Heng was ranked first.
